Community Gaming Grants Workshops

The Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development is hosting a series of regional workshop events to provide opportunities for not-for-profit organizations across British Columbia to connect with the Community Gaming Grants Branch and to understand the information needed to submit a complete grant application in 2017.

Community Gaming Grants Workshop is an exciting education and networking opportunity for any not-for-profit organization interested in applying for a community gaming grant:

  • Become informed about the recently updated program guidelines.
  • Learn how to properly prepare and submit a grant application.
  • Hear from past grant recipients about their experiences with the program.
  • Meet face-to-face with Community Gaming Grants Branch staff.

Registration: 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Workshop: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Background: The Community Gaming Grants program is one of the largest grant programs in the province. Each year, it distributes $135 million to approximately 5,000 not for-profit organizations throughout B.C.
